The National Alliance to Advance Adolescent Health receives a 5-year Federal Award to Direct The National Resource Center of Health Care Transition

The Division of Rheumatology is pleased to announce that The National Alliance to Advance Adolescent Health has received a 5-year award from the Federal Material and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) to continue its operation of Got Transition.  The goal of this award will be to spread the adoption of evidence-informed health care transition improvements as part of a comprehensive system of services for youth and young adults.
